Q. How do I buy on jeaniebotanicals.com.sg?
To make a purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the chosen product page.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed to payment page.
  3. Please log into your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account with us yet, please register a new account or click "Guest Checkout".
  4. Please confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. Please select a shipping method and click “next” button.
  6. Please choose a payment method and click “next” button.
  7. Please confirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.



Q. What are the payment methods available?
Jeanie Botanicals Singapore offers various kinds of Payment Methods as shown below :-
1. Credit Card/Direct debit
Via e-GHL integrated payment system or PayPal (Visa or Mastercard / American Express / Paypal Funds). International customers please choose PayPal.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order?
Yes, only if the order is still in pending status.

- Please send your order details to jeaniebotanicals.sg@gmail.com with the message title "Cancellation request" to inform us on the cancellation.
- Orders that are in "shipping or shipped" status will not be cancelled.


Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.



Q. I forgot the password for my account. How do I retrieve it?

  1. Click “Lost Password?” and enter the email address that you used to register the account.
  2. Click "Submit".
  3. A verification email will be sent to you. Once you have received the email, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 




Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All product transaction will be in SGD (Singapore Dollar). 



Q. How long does delivery take?
Deliveries will be made within 2-3 business days from the date of payment. It will take another 1-3 business days for our courier to reach your address, depending on the delivery method. As we produce our product in artisan batches, there will be a longer lead time for bespoke services and larger orders. Please contact us for more details.
