Return and exchange policy
We pack all orders with the utmost care and love and hope you will enjoy your purchase. In order to maintain the integrity of our skincare items, unfortunately our products are not subjected to return.
We do accept returns should it be an error on our part in packing and exchange if the item is defective or damaged. Any returns or exchange will be replaced with the same item or store credit, subjected to inspection of the item. There is no refund for shipping cost, but we will gladly pay return shipping cost.
Please email us at email@example.com (with your name, order number and date of purchase) for return/exchange approval and further instructions within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that gift cards are not returnable.
